Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, widely known as Thor, gained fame for his portrayal of Gregor Clegane (‘The Mountain’) in Game of Thrones.
He has also starred in The Northman, Operation Ragnarok, and Pharaoh’s War.
But beyond his acting skills, there’s another striking feature about Thor—he stands an impressive 6 foot 9, while his wife is just 5 foot 2.
This significant height difference has led many fans to ask the couple a rather personal question…
Björnsson has been married to Kelsey Henson since October 2018.
Sharing a sweet photo from their special day, he wrote: “It is with great joy that I now get to call Kelsey Morgan Henson my wife! I’m so thrilled to stand by this beautiful woman through thick and thin for the rest of our lives. I look forward to all the future adventures we will tackle together.”
Last year, the couple tragically faced the heartache of a pregnancy loss.
Björnsson and Henson shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram that they had only spent a short time with their daughter, Grace Morgan Hafthorsdottir, who was stillborn at 21 and a half weeks gestation.
“After noticing a decrease in movement, we discovered that her heart had stopped beating,” the couple wrote. “Words can’t capture the pain of this loss, nor the joy we felt in being able to spend those precious moments with our daughter.”
“She was absolutely beautiful, with blonde lashes and brows, and a little smile for mom and dad.”
“The love we have for her is overwhelming. The grief we feel will stay with us forever, but so will our love for her. All our hopes and dreams for her were taken from us, but I know I will be with her again. Her spirit lives on through us and her siblings.”
Outside of their family life, there’s one big question that keeps the public talking about this couple…

During an Instagram Q&A, someone asked Henson, “How do you kiss? Do you jump into his arms and wrap your legs around his waist every time? Please post a picture of this impressive feat.”
She replied, “Ah, he bends, I tiptoe. Or we just say, screw it, and he picks me up!”
One commenter laughed, “How they kiss? Yep, that’s exactly what I was wondering about…”
