Jennifer Howell claimed that Amber Heard had been involved in a legal dispute with Elon Musk over embryos they had created together, alleging that Musk wanted them destroyed while Heard sought to keep them to have a child. However, Howell’s testimony was excluded from evidence in the Depp v. Heard trial after Heard’s legal team argued it had been improperly obtained by Depp’s attorneys, later accusing one of them of leaking the document to the media.
Now living in Madrid, Spain, far from Hollywood, Heard became a mother via surrogacy to her daughter Oonagh in April 2021. The 38-year-old has never revealed the identity of the child’s father and announced in December that she is expecting a second baby.
Speculation surrounding Musk’s potential children with Heard resurfaced recently following a report claiming the billionaire—now confirmed to have fathered at least 14 children with four women—is actively seeking to expand his lineage and has arranged confidential financial agreements with multiple mothers.

Elon Musk was involved in a legal dispute with A-list actress Amber Heard over the rights to embryos they had created together prior to the birth of her daughter. This conflict comes amid reports that Musk, who is known to have 14 children, would reportedly approach women he deemed, for various reasons, to be ideal candidates for conception.

The latest woman to come forward is Ashley St. Clair, a 26-year-old MAGA influencer, who claims she was offered $15 million upfront and $100,000 per month in exchange for keeping quiet about their son.
“Multiple sources close to the tech entrepreneur have suggested that Musk’s true number of children is likely much higher than what is publicly known,” according to the Wall Street Journal.
Rumors about Musk fathering Amber Heard’s child circulated during the Depp trial, fueled by statements from Howell, who identified herself as the “chosen sister” of Heard’s sister Whitney, who also worked for her. Whitney later dismissed Howell’s signed testimony as “complete fiction,” and it was ultimately excluded from the trial.
Howell had also alleged that Heard’s mother, Paige, described Musk as “controlling and abusive,” while claiming that Depp was “an angel or a saint in comparison.”
Howell later claimed that her charity received a $250,000 anonymous donation “on behalf of Amber Heard,” which she believed at the time to be from Musk.
The report goes on to detail Musk’s reported interest in using surrogates, with the goal of fathering a large number of children “before the apocalypse.” In 2024, Musk reportedly stated, “I do have a lot of kids, and I encourage others to have lots of kids.”
The publication also reveals that Musk is open to providing sperm to women with whom he isn’t romantically involved. In one instance, he was allegedly approached by “Japanese officials who asked him to be a sperm donor for a high-profile woman.”

Ashley St. Clair shared details about the financial arrangements and behind-the-scenes discussions related to the creation of her newborn child with Elon Musk, after a paternity test confirmed that he is 99.9999% likely to be the father. St. Clair revealed that Musk agreed to the arrangement, stating in a message, “They want me to be a sperm donor. No romance, just sperm.”
In another instance, Musk reportedly contacted cryptocurrency influencer Tiffany Fong after coming across her account on X. Following weeks of interaction, which led to a significant increase in her followers, Musk allegedly proposed they have a child together. The two had never met in person, and Fong turned down the offer, as she envisioned a more traditional family structure for herself.
The report also mentioned Jared Birchall, Musk’s confidante, who reportedly acts as Musk’s ‘fixer,’ handling the negotiations with women Musk selects to have children with. Birchall is said to be responsible for discussing financial offers with these women, as well as outlining the terms of the agreement. According to St. Clair, Birchall emphasized the importance of discretion, stating, “We’ve encountered far too many problems where not signing an agreement involving over 15 million dollars would be reckless and irresponsible.”
