She also previously opened up about the brutal aftermath of her marathon session, alongside facing some major health issues following it.
Phillips has once again sparked controversy with a recent online stunt.
Phillips’ latest venture, which she describes as the ‘backdoor’ challenge, involved herself and fellow performer Wisconsin Tiff engaging in activity with 50 men consecutively.

Phillips, who gained notoriety after publicizing her experience of engaging in activity with 101 men in 14 hours, has continued to generate controversy.
Her recent collaboration with Tiff in the United States involved a similar mass encounter, with men queuing while some wore g**p masks.
Phillips has described the process, explaining how she greets the men and provides them with a ‘pep talk’ about safety and respect. She also mentions the availability of snacks and water on-site.
The online reaction to these events has been largely negative, with many expressing disgust and concern.
One user commented: “Hopefully someday you learn to respect yourself sweetie…”

Another added: “Nah this is foul, what’s wrong with these lads.”
Phillips, however, has defended her actions, stating in a previous interview with the Daily Star: “The thing is, I’m not a victim, so I don’t deserve this sympathy. I would much rather people put their efforts into someone who’s an actual victim.
“I love this job. It’s been super empowering for me. I can’t speak on anyone else’s experience. It’s allowed me to be self-employed and live kind of my dream life.”
This latest challenge has led to serious consequences for Tiff, who required reconstructive surgery.

Phillips detailed the incident on TikTok, stating, “I recently did a video where I did 50 guys all backdoor with my friend Wisconsin Tiff.
“Now bless her heart, because she has had to have reconstructive surgery of her backdoor because of this video. Wouldn’t recommend.”
Tiff, a veteran of the adult film industry with 21 years of experience, also shared her experience on TikTok, documenting her hospital visit.
She explained: “I thought it would be a fun idea to let 50 guys in my backdoor with my friend Lily Phillips because, you know, we like to do crazy stuff. With this line of work I’m in, it needs to look perfect so here I am at the surgery place.”
While Tiff did not explicitly detail the nature of her injuries, she mentioned the need for stitches and described the recovery as intensely painful.
She also cautioned her followers against replicating the stunt, captioning her video: “Back door challenge gone wrong.”
In a follow-up video shared 36 hours after her surgery, Tiff revealed she was still in considerable pain, captioning the post: “Sitting on ice packs.”
Her update sparked widespread speculation online, with many questioning the legitimacy of her claims.

Some commenters accused her of staging the ordeal for attention. One user wrote, “I refuse point blank to believe this is real,” while another added, “I think this is satire.”
Tiff, however, pushed back against the skepticism, insisting in the comments that it’s “not” a joke and posting additional footage from her hospital stay as evidence.
She’s not the only OnlyFans creator to make headlines with such extreme pursuits. Bonnie Blue currently holds the record for being with over 1,000 men in a single day, overtaking adult film star Lisa Sparks, who previously engaged with more than 900 men in 2004.
