Bianca Censori has been accused of engaging in inappropriate and racially offensive behavior during her tenure at Yeezy.
Former senior designer at the brand, Pierre-Louis Auvray, shared these allegations in an interview with journalist Louis Pisano. Auvray claimed that Censori sent him “disturbing and inappropriate messages” that included explicit and racially insensitive content.

In addition to the allegations against Bianca Censori, Pierre-Louis Auvray also described what he called a toxic work environment at Yeezy. He claimed that Kanye West, now known as Ye, often showed favoritism and would hire or fire staff without clear reasons.
Auvray recounted a particular moment during a trip to Elon Musk’s SpaceX facility in November 2021, where Ye allegedly improvised rap lyrics referencing the tragic deaths at Travis Scott’s Astroworld concert.

“He looked at me as if he was waiting for me to laugh,” Auvray recalled. “That was the moment I began to realize just how terrible he really was.”

Auvray also alleged that Ye told staff members that Kim Kardashian’s then-partner, Pete Davidson, had AIDS—a claim Davidson has publicly denied.
He further claimed that Ye’s former manager, Laurence Chandler, directed him to design T-shirts with provocative slogans aimed at Davidson, including phrases like: “Pete Davidson has AIDS,” “Pete Davidson hates Black people,” and “Pete Davidson destroys families.”
Though Auvray initially resisted, he said he faced mounting pressure from several individuals in a group chat, including Bianca Censori.

Auvray also claimed that Bianca Censori requested he create a T-shirt emblazoned with a racial slur.
These allegations add to a growing list of controversies involving Censori.
In June 2024, she was named in a lawsuit accusing her of distributing explicit content to individuals working on Ye’s adult film venture — with some recipients reportedly being underage.

At the time, West’s former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, dismissed the allegations in a statement to Page Six, calling them “categorically and wholly false.”
Auvray explained his decision to speak out, noting that he wasn’t under a nondisclosure agreement and felt compelled to shed light on what he described as a “cult-like” atmosphere at Yeezy.
He said his tenure with the company came to an abrupt end around Thanksgiving 2021, when he, Censori, and several others were suddenly let go.
