The 41-year-old American TV personality has had fans divided by one of his posts online.
The post features his daughter, Penelope who he shares with ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian.

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian had an on-again, off-again relationship that spanned from 2006 to 2015.
Together, they share three children: Mason, Penelope, and Reign.
While the two are no longer romantically involved—and Kardashian is now married to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker—they remain an important part of each other’s lives.
In an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney reflected on her bond with Disick, saying: “Scott and I, we’re going to be in each other’s lives forever. We are soulmates, in a sense. No matter what, whether we’re ever together or not.”
Their relationship had its challenges, including reports of infidelity and Disick’s struggles with addiction.
Despite the ups and downs, the former couple now focuses on co-parenting their children. Speaking to People, Kardashian said, “I think Scott will always be family, and so we really try to have a good relationship for the kids. We do our best to make the kids the priority.”

Scott Disick has built a massive platform over the years thanks to his appearances on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and, more recently, The Kardashians on Disney+, amassing over 29 million Instagram followers.
However, one of his recent Instagram posts featuring his daughter has sparked backlash from fans.
In the photo, Disick and his 12-year-old daughter Penelope are seated at a restaurant. As they pose for the picture, Penelope is seen pulling her eyelids up—a gesture that has long been criticized as a racist stereotype aimed at mocking East Asian features. To add context, they appear to be dining at an Asian restaurant, with chopsticks visible on the table.
The image prompted swift criticism online.
“Wow, and this is a prime example of how racism is taught. People aren’t born with it. Ignorance at its finest,” one user commented.
Another wrote, “It’s a parent’s responsibility to teach a kid to do the right thing.”
A third added, “All that wealth—you’d think some would go towards education on ignorance and cultural sensitivity.”
The gesture of pulling back the eyes is widely recognized as a racial slur rooted in offensive caricatures of East Asian people. Historically, Western propaganda in the 19th century portrayed Asian immigrants with exaggerated features like “slit eyes,” yellow skin, and buck teeth—imagery that helped solidify harmful stereotypes still seen today.
Many fans are now calling for accountability and education around the impact of such actions.

Many people in the comments believed this was Penelope doing the Asian ‘slant-eyes’ slur because they were at an Asian restaurant.
One user said: “Why the F is his daughter doing that? Eating Asian food and being racist??”
However, some fans were quick to defend the photo saying: “You people are disgusting talking about a child being racist because she made a funny face?”
Another writes:” How is that racist? I see a little child making a silly face.”
“I’m Chinese. If you mock Asian eyes, you pull OUT not UP,” a third comments.
