A young model is facing backlash after posting a controversial video where she dances cheerfully beside her elderly boyfriend’s hospital bed, appearing to celebrate being added to his will.
Bronwin Aurora, a 22-year-old from Toronto, has been slammed as “shameless” by outraged critics across social media.
Although the video seemed intended as a joke — especially given that Aurora’s boyfriend appears healthy in her recent posts — it didn’t stop the internet from reacting harshly.
Known for her playful takes on the large age gap in her relationship, Aurora captioned the clip: “Guys I got on the will, should I pull the plug?”
The video quickly gained traction on TikTok, amassing over 122,000 views before being picked up by the controversial X account, Libs of TikTok.
Once reposted on X, the clip exploded past a million views, igniting intense debate across multiple social media platforms.
Her boyfriend does not appear to have a social media presence, and it remains unclear whether other family members might be entitled to a share of his estate.
Videos featuring the couple often show Aurora playfully engaging with her partner — from dancing together to shopping sprees where she jokes that he covers the cost.
Despite the backlash, Aurora appears undeterred.
Soon after the hospital video went viral, she doubled down, posting another provocative and unapologetic clip to her Instagram.
Addressing the age gap in the past, Aurora has said, “Age is literally just a number. I love him for who he is as a person, and he loves me for who I am as a person… obviously.”
Still, the couple’s dynamic — paired with Aurora’s satirical approach — continues to draw widespread criticism online.
